Exchange 2010/2013 DAG Backup.

Backup of Microsoft Exchange DAG (Database Availability Group) is just a simple task by using Ahsay™'s Exchange DAG Backup Module in conjunction with AhsayOBM client side backup application, even if the individual Microsoft Exchange Servers within the DAG are located in different geographical locations.

VMware Cluster Backup (through vCenter).

Multi-Threading.

The new multi-threading implementation in v6 can improve the backup and restoration speed to a great extent, especially for the client machines with multi-core CPUs.

Reseller Management/Group Policy.

  • Allows system administrator to create and manage multiple levels of sub-administrators in performing different administrative roles.
  • Allows system administrator to apply different configurations for different groups of users, including options control for individual users.

Server-side Delta Merge.

  • OBS is now able to merge the incremental delta files which is out of retention period with the full backup file.
  • Better utilize the space on the OBS server.

RPS Retention Policy.

Enhances the overall data protection capability of Novo Backup software, where snapshots can be taken at an interval defined by the system administrator.

Tape Archiving on UBS.

  • Backed up data on OBS server can now be archived on Tape.
  • Data can be poured back to rebuild the OBS server in case of system failure.
  • Fulfill the need of some customers whose IT policy required tape archiving.
