Our professional Customer Services Team is committed in delivering an efficient, high-quality service to all of our customers. With this support level, you are able to keep your NOVO Backup Software up-to-date, enjoy a high technical support level.
For customers who leased our software, Standard Support will be provided for FREE throughout the whole leasing period. For customers who purchased our software, Standard Support will be provided for FREE within the first year after software purchase. Subsequently, they are required to pay a Standard Support Fee annually for enjoying this support service continuously.
