Hassle-Free Upgrade of Your Software to the Latest Version


This service aims to help our customers and partners upgrade their existing OBS application to the latest released version whenever there's a new version released. Leave the technical work to us, so that you can free up your valuable time for business development.

As we have been regularly helping hundreds of partners performing version upgrade, our experience can definitely ensure smooth and effortless upgrade to avoid you from running into all sorts of tricky scenarios because of potential problems of your hardware configuration.

Scope:

    1) AhsayOBS upgrade and reconfiguration

    • Export current system configurations
    • Upgrade AhsayOBS on your backup server hardware to the latest released version
    • Activate AhsayOBS with your license
    • Import system configurations and reconfigure AhsayOBS according to your current settings
    • Build the latest versions of AhsayOBM/AhsayACB installers with your customized image graphics and properties files
    • Build the AutoUpgrade packages for the latest version

    2) Branding migration

    • Export the customized welcome page
    • Export customized logo, images, look & feel (jsp*.css & resource*.js), etc.
    • Import welcome page, logo, look & feel, images, etc. after the upgrade
    • Replace all properties files with your customized version (if applicable)

    3) SSL Web Server certificate migration

    • Transfer your existing SSL Web Server certificate after the upgrade
    • Test the newly transferred certificate

    4) Restorer applet re-signing and Windows installer digital cert re-import

    • Re-sign the restorer applet on your AhsayOBS web interfaces and the Windows versions of AhsayOBM/AhsayACB installer with your Microsoft Authenticode certificate (if applicable)
    • Test the re-signed restorer applet and installers

    • $1,100 for unlimited times within 1 year (Original Price: US$ 1,200)
